Meh...

*Don't* take a "small" break to read fics when you are supposed to be writing your own... I had the idea for the story and it was ready to go. Just sit there with my notes and let the story write itself. Hehe. It decided I was playing too nicely apparently. I like angst. A good solid grounding in angst and pr0n are the basis of most of my favorite fics. But my story decided to mutate. I've saved a copy of what I had in case I can still write it as the semi-lighthearted one-shot about Icha Icha and our favorite silver haired copynin. grrrr i never planned on a WIP. I have to post something soon.  *other note to self.. always check music playlist carefully before writing..* Does any one else have this problem? I don't write the story.  I try to research a little and plan and write down a plot and then I just sit there and the story comes. I just have to hang on and capture it before it goes away. Things have gone much darker. I never planned on getting sucked into the storyline like this. I'll explain some day. heh and almost everything I read today was humor. Well, it's not all bad, now that's it's a little longer it looks like fun for more than just Kakashi and Iruka. Raidou, Genma, Izumo, Kotetsu, and Hayate decided they want to play too :) And if it was all playing that would probably be a good thing; but I know there is no way I can write a long multipart light-hearted fluff-fest. I don't think that's in my make-up. I wanted to ease back into writing with just a nice little humorous Kakashi-centric one-shot. Just to get back into writing (don't know why I stopped, but other than a few papers for various college classes over the past 16 years I haven't really been able to write what I used to) Emphasis on short.... well for me short means a few pages; it was never going to be a drabble. Kakashi and Icha Icha, and why he reads it.  I have to write this and get it out though. And I was in a good mood, where did this come from? Back to the spiral notebook. hmmm, might have to steal a keyboard from one of the other computers in the house.  I've hated this one for 2 years now and I refuse to type on it anymore. If I have to pour out a multi-chapter darkfic I want to do it in semi-comfort at least.
