weather fail

Just to let yall know... yeah we're safe (unless one of us goes homicidal and murders the rest lol) but the ice storm hit us hard. Trees and power lines down everywhere, worse than some tornadoes I've seen down here, 6000 poles down in our county alone. there's power in town, but we live almost 30 miles out and it may be a month before it's back up for us. We finally got the generator up and running but can only keep the fridge, a lamp, and a spaceheater running. luckily we have a few fireplaces... moved everyone to one room and just heating it. cooking in the fireplace and on a propane grill, lol, although the kids say fuck it and eat cold cereal and spaghettios a lot. once the roads where we live thaw, I think we're just going to pack up the rv and move into the campground on post until everything's back. phone's out again and of course we dont get cell reception out where we are. just figured I'd let yall know we're okay though :)
